By ordering from this Website, ReehMarie.com, you are agreeing to the current turnaround times of approximately 6 weeks. These times can change due to the number of orders, time of year, or for any reason. You are agreeing that you are responsible for both shipping payments; first to send your inclusions to Reeh & Marie and then shipping (paid at checkout) to send the final product to you. You are agreeing that you are responsible for contacting Reeh & Marie with any address changes and updates.

Return / Cancel Policy

​Because each piece is handcrafted with personal inclusions, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. Please be sure all information in your custom order is accurate! If for some reason you are not satisfied with your keepsake, please reach out to us. We will do our best to resolve the issue.  Any damages that occur during shipping must be reported immediately! Note that variations such as small air bubbles within the piece, mold lines, evidence of hand forming and hand sanding, bead caps not sitting 100% flush, and other small imperfections are all within the normal range of handmade jewelry. By purchasing from Reeh & Marie, you understand that your piece will not be 100% “flawless”.  Exchanges or remakes are not covered by Reeh & Marie

Your breastmilk is preserved to ensure your piece lasts a lifetime. Your precious keepsakes should not discolor due to the preservation of the inclusion. If a breastmilk piece is going to discolor due to a milk preservation error, it will happen within the first 3 months. For this reason, we offer a 3-month guarantee on our breastmilk keepsakes.

Once your order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel with a non-negotiable 20% cancellation fee. After that time there are no refunds or returns on any items due to the custom nature of these keepsakes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

  2. • Errors in the description or prices for Goods

  3. • Errors in Your Order

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Privacy Policy

​If you choose to use our services, you understand and agree to your piece being displayed on our social media platforms. Any and all of your private information will be omitted from any online posts related to your piece. This is unless you submit a note or message us stating otherwise, we will then not post your piece and will respect your request for privacy.

For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, e-mail, and postal address. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you.
